EClass.Builder - Source Code

EClass.Builder is created using Python, wxPython and the pyXML toolkit. Before you can begin developing EClass, you will need to have these tools installed. To set up your development environment:

  1. Download the latest Python from http://www.python.org
  2. Download and install the latest wxPython from:
    http://www.wxpython.org/download.php#build
  3. Download and install PyXML 0.7 from:
    http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6473&release_id=66587

There are two ways of downloading EClass.Builder source code: milestone releases and CVS. Downloading milestone releases gives you more static, stable releases to build from. CVS gives you the most up-to-date copy of the source code; any changes are committed to CVS on a nightly basis. This is recommended if you want the latest, greatest code.

The latest milestone release can be downloaded from: http://www.eclass.net/Downloads/eclass-builder-2.0.tar.gz

Instructions on accessing the CVS archive are located at: http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=67634. The module name for EClass.Builder is "eclass_builder". You can also browse the latest source code online.
